Toss
Public screening of a short film I worked on: 7:30pm Friday 3rd February at Pugg Mahone’s corner of Elgin and Drummond Streets, Carlton. Anyone is welcome to come along.
For those who don’t know, for the past three or four weeks I have been attending the Summer Filmmaking School at Melbourne Uni. Despite vague intentions of daily run-down posts, the time requirements of the course (i.e. up to ten hours per day, with no days off) have restricted my computer time considerably, but in short, the course is fantastic. I have four days off starting Thursday, followed by four more days shooting a video clip, so I may post a more thorough debrief of the course during the time in which I am not asleep.
The main point of this post, however, is as a general invite to a screening of the short film I worked on as part of the course, named Toss. Anyone is welcome. Friday, 3rd February 7:30pm at Pugg Mahone’s, corner of Elgin and Drummond Streets, Carlton. There will also be screenings of two shorts made by the other groups in the course.

I am truly sorry I was unable to make this launch, so I shall apologise once again. In penance I was forced to do a large amount of pointless labour (this week alone I’ve already had 4 six hour shifts of neverending tedium and gruntwork and I still have another two to go). I hope it all went well, as did another date of some vague importance which I also appear to have missed.
