Well, believe it or not, I did finish my thesis and my presentation…
Well, believe it or not, I did finish my thesis and my presentation, and both went well enough. At some stage I imagine I shall (sadistically) provide a link here for those who wish (masochistically) to read it.
I’m going to purchase a PlayStation 2 today, mostly so that I can play GTA:San Andreas before third quarter 2005, which is when the PC version is released. I daresay I shall find other good reasons for the console in good time, but I’ve always wanted a games console.

Do come to melbourne to visit me at some point during the week and I’ll get you a nicely chipped PS2 and memory card from the people who I trust.
PS2s are good consoles, there are some interesting games on them, that’s for sure.

Thanks for the offer, but I already got it. It was somewhat of an impulse buy… if one has to wait for an impulse buy, one will probably rethink one’s decision.

By the way I took your advice and bought a copy of the Silmarillion while I was in Adelaide, I’m only about a 20th of the way through but it is a compelling read.
