Work to finish

Two weeks taken off, but deservedly. Hard work ahead, but three months left. Fewer teaching hours == more time, less money.

So it has ended up that I’ve taken two weeks off. Oh well, after the past semester I deserve it.

I have to work really hard for the next three-and-a-half months, so I’ve put together a daily schedule for myself. Since I will probably only be at Uni two days per week, I need the schedule to make certain I actually get anything done. It involves four to five hours of thesis work per day, plus some other time set aside for work on unrelated projects. It’s frightening, exhilirating and comes with great relief that I’ll (for better or for worse) have finished my course in such a short time.

I only have four hours of teaching this semester, which is good in that I only have four hours, but not so good in that I get less money.
