Musings on banalities
I explain my lack of entries, and remark on how well my conworlding is coming along.
I should write more stuff I guess, but the general things that happen to me are too banal. For instance, this morning I decided to sleep rather than attend my 3D modelling lab. This afternoon I found out that I have to mark a good few more than four research reports for Web Tech (I only have four students in my lab). I came home and watched Dr Who, but was interrupted three times by people phoning up. That’s the general run down of most days: sleep in through classes, get more work to do, watch Dr Who. This is why I don’t write many entries, and why I don’t use LiveJournal.
I’ve been pondering the revelation I wrote about last month, and it’s amazing how all the stuff I’ve been coming up with has been leading to such a grand beginning. I’m quite happy about the whole story, and everything just fits. Of course, the gravity of this is lost if you’re anyone but me…

I have one thing to add: the orchestra hit should be banned.

Indeed..it’s excessive use in poor techno, MIDI files and MOD variants tend to make it ugly at best. The same can be said of the dreaded “doo” sound…yuck.
I hate IDE expansions, they never bloody work
