I think I’ve finally got my new router behaving nicely. Hopefully, the e.d.o site is now available, and even more hopefully the router isn’t displaying its configuration webpage to the world. Since I don’t have access to any remote machines anymore, I can’t test it properly, but at least the W3C validator sees the a@e.d.o page. Just because I’ve got a router now doesn’t mean this page will be online any more regularly, though.

I also recieved shipment of my new monitor on Friday, despite the salesman telling me the day before that they’d given up informing customers when the 172X’s would be arriving. So far, I’m more than impressed with it. It looks brilliant, there are no dead pixels that I can see, and games actually look better than they did on my CRT (the 17&”, not the 15″. Anything looks better than the 15″.).

I have a whole heap of marking to do, as well as finishing my conference paper for tomorrow. But then…. it’s off to see Radiohead. And we all know, there’s not much better than that!
